Cool-down: 5 minutes in zones 1-2.
De snelle stukjes gingen best snel, maar hartslag was niet omlaag te krijgen tijdens rust of cool-down. Luchtvochtigheid was dan ook zeer hoog tussen twee onweersbuien in.
