De beste manier om een jetlag tegen te gaan is stug doordouwen met het gewone leven... in mijn geval betekent dat dus eventjes de buurt bekijken op hardloopschoenen. Snel zal het niet gaan in Japan want erg warm, hoge luchtvochtigheid en relatief veel stoplichten, maar verder heerlijke kennismaking met Tokyo!
