Night Run
Slakkengangetje, maar dat deert niet. Stap één is weer een beetje discipline en ritme, dan komen vorm en snelheid vanzelf wel weer.
Een marathon vóór mijn verjaardag zit er waarschijnlijk niet meer in, so be it. Dus focus op 25 oktober Rotterdam (🤞) met als eerste echte proef 6 september een halve in Boedapest (ook 🤞 want ik vertrouw er nog niet echt op).
