Geprobeerd in de zones te blijven. Hartslagmeting eerste 4km vertrouw ik echter niet, die was wel erg laag. Maar uiteindelijk met relatief weinig moeite 10k onder het uur gehouden. En dat met m'n oude trage schoentjes.
