Garmin wilde eigenlijk intervals, maar na de 10K van gisteren vond ik een rustig rondje meer gepast. Ongezond weekend voor de boeg, dus waarschijnlijk wat terugval en dan vanaf maandag/dinsdag hopelijk snel weer terugbouncen.
