Medium Run
Hartslag max. Dat is normaal niet de bedoeling met trainen maar ik zit weer eens in een peukenpauze en dan helpt een beetje inspanning de eerste dagen om de longen schoon te poetsen. Peukenpauze werkt wel trouwens: 5k split is sneller dan toen ik er woensdag nota bene moeite voor deed.
