Parel Run 15K
Doel was anderhalf uur, dat leek me meer dan genoeg na gisteren 58k op de stappenteller, een uur fietsen in de benen en weer knettterwarm weer. ☀️🥵
Originele route was langs de heide, vanwege hitte protocol werd alleen de 5k route gelopen. Dat was wel jammer, anderzijds betekende dit maar liefst vijf waterposten per rondje en die waren allemaal welkom.
Behoorlijk in de achterhoede gefinisht, maar voor een veredeld trainingsloopje kan ik prima leven met 1:26:56 bruto.
