Laten we de hartslagzones even negeren (dikke vier ipv twee) want korte nacht, reisdag, te vroeg begonnen met bier en pálinka, 10+km middagwandeling in de benen, twee weken festivalvakantie voor de boeg en misschien is het hier ook iets warmer dan thuis met iets smerigere lucht... maar wel gewoon gelopen dus best trots op mezelf.
