Kilometers vreten, met tempo en hartslag beiden laag. Was niet te warm, maar zonder drinken mee wel droge bek dus vond dat ik wel een tropical McShake verdiend had. Denk dat ik me over de calorieën niet veel zorgen hoef te maken vandaag.
