Bijna twee uur in de regen, door plassen en met forse wind, die uiteraard juist het stuk over het strand tegen lag. Slechts één sterveling (een medeloper) tegengekomen, maar wel lekker gelopen.
Eerste trainingsloopje sinds oktober, best lekker om niet het hele weekend allerlei wedstrijdjes achterna te jagen.
