Richmond Half Marathon
Na de startdrukte vlot op tempo en lange tijd onder PR/2:02 target gelopen, bijna richting sub-2. Maar de laatste kilometers sloeg de vermoeidheid in de benen, genoegen moeten nemen met een minuutje boven PR: 2:03:10 (chip). Zeker in km 20 alle aspiraties compleet moeten laten varen.
Maar dat is prima voor een winderige vakantierun (🍔🍕🍻🍹🚬) met al twee 10k races in de benen in dezelfde week.
