Long Run
Rotterdam, waar de wind niet 50-50 is maar driekwart tegen. En hard ook. Supertraag dus en na 21km was ik compleet uitgeput (wel twee gelletjes op maar geen water bij) en ging het helemaal sloompjes. Maar om positief te eindigen: dit keer gelukkig wel de discipline gehad om nog eventjes door te hollen op de Binnenrotte om de 25 rond te maken.
