Dit was zwaarder dan de marathon. Vijf kilometer strand was al slopend, maar direct daarna nog kilometers duinheuvels met zandpaadjes... niet te doen. Daarna ook geen kilometer meer op een fatsoenlijk tempo kunnen lopen. Best warm ook.
Maar goed, wel gedaan.
