Spijkenisse Marathon
4:33:20. Niet helemaal waar ik op gehoopt had maar ach, sneller dan de vorige. Tegenwind en ikzelf iets te zwaar, griepje afgelopen week kan ook niet geholpen hebben en te weinig 25/30+ loopjes getraind, al was mijn hartslag vanaf de start eigenlijk te hoog. Maar goed... wel weer 42 erbij op de teller!
